The Triplets

No, I am not pregnant and certainly not with triplets! LOL

Anyway, last week, our couple’s cell group went to Mambukal. And since it was a family outing, naturally, we brought the kids a long. Three of us had daughters and it was a riot. A fun one though. When one got hungry and needed a bottle, the two others chimed in and asked their respective moms for “dede”.

Wow, you can just imagine if they are actually triplets, no? ahahaha
And here they are in their three identical Disney princess mats. LOL Aren’t they cute?

Preparing for Our Family Outing

We now preparing for our cell group Christmas party that is also a family outing at the Mambukal Resort.

Actually, we will not be staying inside the resort but in a rest house just outside the resort. But we will be taking a different route going there. We were told that it will be an easy way and we will not need gps trailer tracking for this purpose.

We are really excited to be taking this break and Dindin is also excited to go swimming. I have already packed our bags and our gifts for tomorrow. I will just have to wake up early though because I will have to prepare for our lunch, as we will just bring cooked foods already.

Aside from the party/outing, we will also be meeting for our outreach next week. We just have a target community to celebrate Christmas with. So I guess that is it for the updates. I will just keep you posted about our gathering. :D

The Perfect Day to go Swimming

Photobucket
We celebrated my brother-in-law’s birthday at his house last Monday night. Just a block from their lovely home is their clubhouse with a pool. So before we headed to his house, we stopped by their clubhouse and took a dip.

Dindin was just so excited to go swimming, as you can see from her photo above. The sky is clear and white and the water was warm–it was just the perfect setting for Dindin. She donned her green two-piece and excitedly pose for the cam before plunging in the water.

Below, I took a video of Dindin while floating in the water with her floaters. You may say that well, it is common for children to enjoy the water, that is just not so. For a child who hates even taking a bath because she doesn’t like the water getting into her eyes and mouth, this is already a remarkable feat. She showed much courage here.

When we first put on her floaters, she just held her Papa’s hands. Eventually, she let go one hand at a time until she decided that she will stand on the floor of the pool. Finally, she got more confident and realized that she could lift her both legs and that she will remain afloat! Because of her realizations, Dindin got to enjoy the pool so much that day! Thank God! We hope to be able to do this again this week. :D
