A week before her birthday, we took Dindin to the Dave’s Fun House at Gaisano City Bacolod. This is her second time–the first time was a 30-minute session at Robinsons Place where Dave’s has a smaller area.
I like it here at the Gaisano branch because of the really wide space where the kids can run around. But I like the structures at the Robinsons branch better.
Anyway, during her first time at Dave’s, they were already closing and so we were allowed only 30 minutes. Dindin found that she was short on the time so we vowed that the next time we let her go to Dave’s Fun House, it will be for an hour. We don’t always go there not only because of time constraint but also because of budget. One hour is P95 plus the watchers (p10 each), we have to pay P115 per visit. That is already a lot of money if you do it weekly.
So since we have some time in our hands, we had a one-hour time at Dave’s Gaisano. It is like a whole different make-believe world in there. Take for example this photo of Dindin and me while she was pretending to be selling food from a food cart.
There was a boat and even a jeep that plies the Sum-ag route. haha I am pretty sure that jeep’s insurance was taken from cheapestautoinsurance.net–if ever it has. haha We loved it there and of course Dindin had a mighty time.
But after 35 minutes, Papa and Mama got bored already. I excused myself to use the bathroom but then I went to the Book Sale to look at their books. When I got back, Dennis was really very bored. I guess one hour is too long for adults to stay on a play place, even for adults like us who love to play.
So next time, it will just be 30 minutes, that’s it. hehe
