Get kids interested in robotics
and many more at the
Galileo Digital Summer Camp
Galileo Enrichment Bacolod has many exciting classes for this summer to keep the kids learning outside of school. One of the many courses that they have is the 10-hour Galileo Digital Summer Camp 2017 in cooperation with Power Mac Center.
There are two batches for this summer and the first batch completed their week-long learning last April 28, 2017 at The District North Point. The subjects covered in the 5-day course are digital drawing, animation, coding, video-making, and robotics under Power Mac certified instructors.
On the first day, the kids drew their own characters digitally. The next day, they learned animation by making the characters move. On the last day, they made the robotic sphere named Sphero roll to where they want it to go and knock some stacked cups. The kids were absolutely amazed at how coding works.
During their graduation, they were awarded with certificates and a specially design USB that they can use in school.
The Galileo Digital Summer Camp second batch will be on May 22 to 26, 2017, 2:00-4:00PM. Program fee is P5000. Last day of enrollment is May 6. For inquiries and enrollment, visit Galileo Enrichment Bacolod at BrightKids Preschool, 10th-Lacson Streets, Bacolod City. Or call Tel. No. 433-4713.
